At Hive: A Suite Beauty Collective, it is our priority to provide every guest with an elevated, professional, and respectful salon experience. To ensure we honor both your time and the time of our stylists, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below.
Our Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If a Cancelation is needed we kindly ask for a 48 hour notice, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
Not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the booked service.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a fee will apply.
A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card provided. Should the card on file decline, we kindly require the balance to be settled before booking another appointment.
Extension sales are non-returnable.
At Hive, our priority is for every guest to leave feeling confident, cared for, and delighted with their look. Because we are a service-based business, all sales are final and no monetary refunds are provided.
If you have any concerns about your results, we ask that you contact your stylist within three (3) days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment to address your concern, including adjustments to extension services, to ensure the finished style meets your expectations.
Please note:
Adjustments are offered at the stylist’s professional discretion and are intended to perfect the service originally provided, not to create a different look or style.
The cost of extension hair itself is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, as these products cannot be reused.
Any additional services or changes outside the scope of the original appointment may require a separate appointment and additional fees.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, as they allow us to continue providing the highest quality service, products, and techniques. Our goal is always to ensure that every visit to Hive is a luxury experience where you feel valued, cared for, and confident in your style.
